Who is Jonathan Bell?
Jonathan Bell launched Bells Marketing Consultant in 2020 while navigating his own employment challenges. Four years later, he saw the same story repeating itself — a growing disconnect between Generation Z and employers. Both are trying to reach one another, yet missing the mark — a tension that inspired him to build solutions for both sides.

6 Years Operating.
Honestly, marketing wasn’t part of some big plan. What caught my attention was how badly most brands tried to reach my generation — and how disconnected it felt. Every cringe ad and forced “relatable” moment made me realize there was a gap I could fill: becoming the bridge between brands and the next generation.
No one was going to hand me a shot, so I made one. From my living room, I started taking on small projects for local businesses — giving them straight-up Gen Z insights that actually worked. I was learning everything in real time: the research, the strategy, the results, even the paperwork. That hustle, that need to prove our generation’s perspective mattered, is what turned Bells from a side gig into a real business.
